WET SCRUBBER SYSTEMS for control of both particulate and gaseous emissions, fabricated of corrosion resistant materials, to absorb soluble gases into water or other liquids such as solutions of caustic or acid, and to remove particulates from gas streams by contacting with water or other liquid.
Ejector Venturi Scrubbers & Systems
Used to entrain and remove noxious gases, fumes, dusts from a contaminated gas stream, recirculation pump and piping reduce the amount of makeup liquid required, conventional venturi has a side gas inlet and bottom gas and liquid required.
Packed Tower Scrubbers & Systems
Gas passes upward and liquid flows down through a column filled with packing to provide a large contact area between the liquid and gas for effective removal of gaseous contaminan-ts, pressure drop in both the liquid and gas is low hence energy usage is low.
High Energy Venturi Scrubbers & Systems
Used for control of fine particles in the size range of one micron and smaller, A higher gas side drop will remove smaller particles from the gas, variable throat designs are available to maintain the pressure drop needed.
Spray and Tray Scrubbers
Counter-currents and co-current single spray and multi-spray scrubbers are available for condensing, aborbing, and cooling operations, a counter-current cascade tray type scrubber type is also available.
