Chlorine Transfer Hose

Transfer hoses from Powell are fully traceable for 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Each hose carries permanent manufacturer identification including the manufacturer's name, manufacturing date, maximum work pressure (psig), minimum bend radius, gas test pressure (psig), and minimum service temperature.

Materials and Construction

Hose: The hose (inner tubing) is corrugated Monel® 400 of one continuous length. 1/2" and 1" hoses in a variety of lengths are in stock. Other sizes and lengths are available.

Braid: The braid is Monel® 400 of diamond lay or basket weave. It is permanently attached at both ends by welding.

Casing: The outer layer is type 302 Stainless Steel.

End Fittings: 1/2" and 1" NPT sizes in stock.
